Service & Operations Overview

1. Delivery Lead Time

SPX Express aims to deliver parcels within a standard lead time of D+3 (three calendar days from pickup). While we do not offer a formal express service, our operational data reflects that over 95% of parcels are delivered by the next day.

2. Returns

Return services are available when necessary and will be directed back to the original shipper's address.

3. Loss & Compensation Policy

In the event of parcel loss, compensation will be provided based on the listing price of goods or SG$150, whichever is lower.

4. Weight Calculation

Shipping fees are currently calculated based on the actual weight of the parcel. Volumetric weight will not apply unless otherwise notified.

5. Pickup Schedule

Parcels are eligible for daily pickup between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, including Sundays and selected public holidays.

6. Permissible Parcel Types

All parcels must comply with SPX’s shipping policies. For a complete list of restricted items, please refer to our Terms of Service and Prohibited Items Policy. SPX does not support the delivery of temperature-controlled or perishable items.

7. Parcel Size & Weight Limits

Each parcel must not exceed:
Weight: 30 kg
Dimensions: Total (L + W + H) must not exceed 300 cm, and no single side should exceed 150 cm.
