An example of when we are the data processor is when you purchase items from an online merchant or on an e-commerce platform and where that online merchant or e-commerce platform engages SPX to perform the delivery services. We are not responsible for the data protection practices or privacy policies of such third parties (who are the data controllers) who have control over personal data, and you are highly encouraged to refer to their privacy policies for more information.
1.3 "Personal Data" or "personal data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Examples of personal data that we collect from you include name, identification number, contact information and/or vehicle information.
